Exchange Only Policy

We understand that sometimes a change of mind happens, and for that reason, we offer exchanges on eligible items. Regrettably, we do not facilitate returns for refunds at the moment.

Timeframe for Exchange Requests

For any exchange, please reach out to our customer service team within 15 days from the date of delivery. We kindly ask that all exchange requests fall within this timeframe to facilitate smooth processing.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. You may be required to ship the item back to us, and upon receipt and inspection, we will process the exchange for you.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products, are not eligible for exchange due to safety and health reasons.
